Inspired by traditional English tea rooms, this experience combines delicate savoury selections, freshly baked scones and elegant sweet treats to create a relaxed and memorable gathering.

Each item is handcrafted from scratch by qualified pastry chef Heather Leigh Slight using carefully developed recipes designed to deliver both flavour and presentation.

The English High Tea begins with a selection of classic savoury bites.
Guests enjoy a variety of delicate sandwiches and savoury pastries prepared with thoughtfully balanced flavours and traditional ingredients.
Your High Tea includes two (2) sandwiches and three (3) savoury bites.
Cucumber and Cream Cheese Sandwiches
Finely sliced cucumber with smooth cream cheese on soft, freshly baked white bread, delicately seasoned.
Hot Smoked Salmon Sandwiches
Delicate hot smoked salmon with cream cheese, gherkin and fresh dill on house-baked bread.
Mini Beef and Horseradish Rolled Sandwiches
Tender roast beef slices with roasted garlic and horseradish cream, served in soft freshly baked mini rolls.

Silky raspberry mousse served elegantly in rich chocolate cups.
Bakewell Tarts
Shortcrust pastry filled with almond frangipane and topped with raspberry jam.
Chocolate Éclairs
Classic choux pastry filled with Chantilly cream and topped with dark chocolate.
Mini Fruit Tarts

High tea events typically run for approximately two hours.
For clients who prefer to arrange their own presentation, catering-only food packages are also available from $55 per person with a minimum order of 10 packages.

For catering-only both menu options require a minimum of 10 food packages.

These times may vary slightly depending on the venue and event size.
