At Leigh’s Patisserie, we believe everyone deserves an exquisite high tea experience without compromise. As a trade-qualified chef, I maintain rigorous standards to ensure our 100% gluten-free promise is met with the highest level of care.
Our 100% Gluten-Free Guarantee
Leigh’s Patisserie is a strictly gluten-free environment. All ingredients, equipment, and preparation surfaces are dedicated solely to gluten-free production, providing total peace of mind for our Celiac and gluten-sensitive guests.
However once our products enter a client-provided venue or private residence, we cannot guarantee a 100% gluten-free environment. Leigh’s Patisserie cannot be held responsible for cross-contamination that occurs due to the venue’s existing surfaces, shared airspaces, or utensils provided by the client. We recommend all serving areas be thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival.

Other Allergies & Sensitivities
While we are a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, we do handle other common allergens.
We follow strict sanitisation and ingredient-segregation protocols to minimise the risk of cross-contamination.
Our kitchen prepares items containing dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy. While we take every precaution to prepare specific menu items without these ingredients upon request, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment for sensitivities outside of gluten.
For guests with life-threatening (anaphylactic) allergies, we advise the highest level of caution. Due to the boutique nature of our mobile kitchen, we cannot provide a medical-grade guarantee against trace particles.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking Confirmation: Your date is officially secured once we receive your signed quote and a 25% deposit.
Cancellation 30+ Days Prior: We understand that life happens! Should you need to cancel more than 30 days before your event, 50% of your deposit will be held as a Service Credit (valid for 6 months toward future catering or coaching), and the remaining 50% will be retained as an administrative and "held date" fee.
Cancellation Within 30 Days: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event result in a full forfeiture of the deposit.
The 14-Day Milestone: Guest counts and the final balance must be finalized and paid 14 days prior to your event. At the 14 day milestone, all payments become non-refundable as we begin the artisanal preparation of your bespoke menu.
Travel Boundaries: Our service includes travel within 20km of Stockton, NSW. For beautiful locations beyond this radius, a modest travel fee may apply to ensure our mobile patisserie arrives perfect
Dietary Safety: While we are a 100% Gluten-Free facility, we require full disclosure of all other allergies (Nuts, Dairy, etc.) 14 days prior.
Site Requirements: Client must ensure a flat load-in path and access to [10amp/15amp] power if requested during the Discovery Call.
